Donna is currently an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University, Chicago. She created and teaches a 30-hour Human Resources Information Systems implementation course for Loyola's Master's program.
Donna received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Xavier University and her Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Loyola University, Chicago. She is certified in Organizational Development, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM's Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP). As University of Chicago's Adjunct Instructor, Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies, Donna revised and presented a 6-hour "Strategy to Accountability and Outcome Measures" Strategic Planning course.
She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and the International Association for Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM).
